Hi!

Welcome to my little home on the internet.

My name is Mohannad, but my friends call me Naddy. I’m a third culture kid born and raised in Dubai. I’ve lived in Coventry - England, Dubai - UAE, and my hometown Dar es Salaam - Tanzania. I’ve now travelled to Canadian lands to start the latest chapter of my life.

I’m pretty much creatively restless in the majority of my time. I’m always playing with a new medium to express an idea, and if you look at my portfolio you’ll see I’ve dabbled into things from graphic design all the way to making my own short films.

I do feel my Masters in Industrial Design has helped me become a multidisciplinary creative. Years of being in the industry has cemented my focus and ability to take a project from concept to production. The very core of my skillset is bringing big ideas to life.

I’m always asking questions, curious to learn about how things work and how others would approach a problem differently. Which I feel gives me the ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve a design problem.

Having travelled around as much as I have and growing up with close friends from various cultures and different walks of life - I do praise myself in being an empath, and being able to cut through mundane small talk and connect with people on a deeper level.

Oh, lastly, I’m heavily caffeinated through most of my day.
